Decorating a downtown rental condo as both a downtown pad and workspace was the challenge. The Entrance Hall, Living and Dining areas double as a place to meet clients and work. Custom desk and bookcase give a library feel. Simple Contemporary furniture is both comfy yet executive in feel. The bedrooms are hotel like in their simple elegance. A mix of custom and ready-made furniture are proof that a high-low budget can have great effect.
