Ten Bellair Condo

Winner of the 2005 ARIDO Award of Merit. This 3500 sq. ft. downtown condominium showcases the possibilities of what a designer can do when given a pre-build clean slate. The floor plan was manipulated to expand the open-concept living space, to create dramatic corridors and to encapsulate a boutique hotel feel. The design reinforces a common theme among Fleur-de-lis' work, where the sharp contrast of hard surfaces like leather, glass and stainless steel are countered and balanced by the use of rich exotic woods.
